Lifts Services

28 lifts service the building including 18 high speed Tower lifts servicing the low, mid and high rise.

There are 2 goods lifts, one servicing Levels 42 to P4 of the Tower and the other servicing Levels 4 to P4 of the Retail section.
Electrical Services

Four electrical substations, supplied from a triplex grid arrangement are within Chifley Tower.

Submains capacity to tenancies is generously rated.

Emergency diesel generators are installed to provide essential services and support to tenants should power be interrupted.
Security Services

Security Control Room is staffed 24 hours / 7 days.

CCTV system is in place to provide extensive building monitoring in addition to access control.

The Concierge, located in the Main Lobby of the building, provides assistance to tenants and visitors between the hours of 7.30am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. There is no concierge present on weekends or Public Holidays.
